ASM
Artistic Team Mission
The
ASM Artistic Team was created on February 2008 in Mexico
City after a meeting between Letty Milazzo, President of ASM
Beauty World Academy and Randall Cover owner of Self by
Randall Estetica & Spa.
The
objective is to provide higher and Continuing Education to
students and professional hairdressers.
The
members of the ASM Artistic Team are hairdressers with
experience in Hair Shows. Our commitment is to provide
education on Haircut, Hairstyles, Make-Up, Color Techniques and the TRENDS on
Hair Fashion, all of the courses are Bilingual in English
and Spanish, as well as the members of the team.

Leticia
Milazzo
- President

 Leticia
Ramirez Medina, born in the Mexico City, received her High
School Diploma from the “Insituto Renacimiento” in
Mexico City. Once graduated, she studied Tourist Business
Administration. She then moved to Miami on April 19, 1989
and married Mr.
Sal V. Milazzo on December 28, 1992. She is now Mrs. Leticia
Milazzo and the owner of ASM Beauty World Academy, Inc. Mrs.
Milazzo understands that education is the key to success
and, therefore, has been working with High Class
Hairdressers from Europe and countries around the world.

She
has been administrating ASM Beauty World Academy since 1999.
The Academy is approved to offer Continuing Education in
Florida Illinois and Texas, and is expanding to other states. The
school also has available Continuing Education courses
online.

Then,
in February of 2008, Mrs. Milazzo founded the ASM Artistic
Group along with the Director of the group, Mr. Randall
Cover who is also a member of the Coiffure de France, as
well as the other select members of the group.

Mrs. Milazzo is also in
the midst of a new project. This year, she is creating her
own private make-up label, “Milazzo Mineral Make-up.”

Michelle
Zavala

  Michelle
Zavala studied in Mexico and other countries around the
World, she is part of the Haute Coifurre Francaise (the
group of stylist with more talent in their diversity) and of
the L’Oreal Professional Ambassador Stylists.
She has participated in different types of international and
national events like the re-launching of the Tecniart line
in 2002 and in the training of the members of the Creation
Workshop (Taller de Creacion), as well as in the Tour
Tecniart. She was invited to the launching of the
Autumn/Winter collection 2002 of the HCF in Paris,
the same that was launched in Mexico, and the launching of
the Spring/Summer collection of L’Oreal, she participated
in the Cheyenne Show 2003 in Cancun, Michelle won the trip
to Paris in 2004 of the Majilit Contest, she also
participated in the Frida Kahlo show in the Carmen beach
2005. She has been judge in three occasions of the Color
Trophy, and in 2006 was chose to represent Mexico
participating in the Frida Kahlo Tribute in the Louvre
Museum at Paris.
Currently,
she is the owner of Concept Salon & Spa with her partner
Christian Palavecino.

Christian
Palavecino
|
|

 Christian
is an Argentine Stylist, he studied in Vidal Sassoon, Tony
& Guy, and L’Oreal Professionel Internationally,
started his career in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He
worked with Pino, Marcelo Rivera and Hugo Marchand,
Christian opened his own salon L’eclt Equipe. He
participated in fashion shows, magazines and photo sessions
for several brands.
In
1991, he got a proposal by Jose Luis Elizondo to go to
Mexico, he was there one year and met Joss Ifergan, they
became members of the JossClaude artistic group.
In
1999, Christian and Michelle, his partner, opened Concept
Salon & Spa.
Christian
is an active member of the Haute Coiffure Francaise since
1999, he is also stylist ambassador of L’Oreal
Professionel, he has participated in several platforms,
photos for magazines, L’Oreal Collections, he teaches
haircut and master creative courses, has participated as
judge in the Color Trophy for five occasions and in fashion
shows like Fashion Week y Fashion Mercedes Benz.
Currently,
he is manager of the Concept Salon & Spa and takes care
of operative system, as well as updating all the equipments.

Walter
Rodriguez

 An
Argentine stylist, he was first educated in cosmetology by
L’Oreal in 1996, he also determined his skills as a
stylist in Spain with Llongueras Madrid in 2000, with
L’Oreal and Wella Mexico, 2008, and Tony & Guy
Argentina, 2005. From 1993-1996 while he was an assistant
for Roberto Giordano, he organized events for magazines like
Gente, Vogue, Parati, and Cosmopolitan and also for fashion
shows in Uruguay and Argentina.

From
1996-2001, he served as a stylist in salons and fashion
shows for Daniel Cruece and Claudio Cerini, he also
organized campaigns, design advertisement and magazines for
Claudio Cerini. From 2001-2006, he was the image consultant
for the group Bandana and Airbag, he was responsible for
their image in several theatres, stadiums, TV shows, Radio
presentations, CD and Magazine covers. In 2007, he became
the salon manager and creative director for JossClaude in Mexico,
DF. In 2007/2008, he worked as an stylist for JAQUES
DESSANGE in Mexico DF.
He
currently trains assistants in new techniques and
tendencies, does cuts and styles, works in Randalls’s
Esthetics & Spa.

He
is specialized in “Urban Tendency” haircuts, his
experience is based in European and American techniques.
